Antique French Brass Marching Snare Drum - £395

This was a very special find.  A beautful early 20th Century brass marching snare drum made by renowned French instrument maker Couesnon.  I bought this totally tarnished and with ripped skins.  I have polished it back to shiny brass but keeping it's amazing patina.  I also re-skinned it using real cowhide drum skins aged to look as though they are the original items.  These pictures do not do it justice.  A wonderful piece that can stand on it's side or use it's clamps as feet.

Perforated 14" Snare Drum Lamp - £175

I had never seen a perforated drum before so when I saw this I had to make it into a lamp.  The perforations cast a fabulous pattern on the surfaces around it.  It is finished in a purple chrome. (Click on pictures to enlarge)
